Mango salsa is a fresh, easy and vibrant way to bring color and flavor to many of your dishes. Our chefs love serving it over fresh fish such as salmon, halibut or even fish tacos!

Yield: About 4 cups
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored, peeled and cubed
2 Mangoes, pits removed, peeled and chopped
1 medium Red Onion, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and minced
1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped
- Place all ingredients except one mango in a mixing bowl.
- Place reserved mango in a blender and puree. Add to the other ingredients and mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
