Bacon Mac & Cheeseburger
4 Pretzel Hamburger Roll, sliced and toasted
4 slices Stew’s Naked Sliced Bacon, halved
1/2 cup Stew’s Four Cheese Mac & Cheese, warmed
4 slices Melted Stew’s Sharp Yellow Cheddar
4 Stew’s Naked Ground Beef Patties
4 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes
1-1/2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
Heat a gas grill to high.
Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper. Brush the patties with the oil and grill until golden brown and slightly charred, about 2 – 3 minutes per side. Be sure to add a slice of cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking. Close the grill cover to melt the cheese.
Place lettuce on each bottom bun. Evenly top each burger with the mac & cheese, tomato slices, and pickles. Top each with a top pretzel bun.
