How to Prepare Shrimp for Shrimp Cocktail

- 1 lb. Stew's Colossal EZ Peel Tail On Raw Shrimp, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. Stew's Kosher Salt
- Stew's Cocktail Sauce
- Lemon slices
Add the salt to a large pot of boiling water.
Add in the shrimp and stir.
Cook for 4 minutes until shrimp are opaque and pinkish in color.
Shock in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain and refrigerate.
Serve cold with the cocktail sauce and lemon slices.
