Stew's Easy Lobster Tails
2 Lobster Tails
Butter, (Stew Leonard's Dairy Fresh)
Lemon, to taste
• Thaw lobster tails in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
• Cut down the back of the shell with kitchen scissors.
• Gently pull the meat out of the tail and place it over the top of the shell.
• Brush the meat with butter and lemon juice.
• Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.
• Finish under the broiler for 10 minutes.
