"In 1984, I had just returned from France where I received my Master’s degree and fell in love with the French food and culture. I thought our customers would love it too, so I started baking fresh butter croissants in our Norwalk store. From there Bethy’s Bakery just grew and grew. Today our team of bakers start at 3 a.m. every morning, firing up the ovens to bring our customers the very best in breads, cookies, cakes, pies, and our famous apple cider donuts, made fresh in front of you all day long."
