Stewie the Duck attends the Bridgeport Bluefish Game spreading the water safety messages to the entire stadium. By throwing out the first pitch, participating in the mascot race, dancing and getting many hugs from the children, Stewie the Duck was a big hit. During the evening the water safety song was played numerous times. Every person in the stadium was wearing a “Stewie the Duck” sticker by the end of the evening and went home remembering the water safety rules: Don’t Jump In to You Learn to Swim, Cover your Chest with a Safe Life Vest, A Grown-Up Must Watch You in the Pool.
