1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.


2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, paprika , salt and pepper. Place the naked-chicken on a baking pan and coat with the paprika mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.


3. Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine the cheese, walnuts and scallions. Top each piece of chicken with a quarter of the cheese mixture and bake for another 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 160°F.
