Grilled Pork Tenderloin Hero with Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions

Split lengthwise and pounded with a meat mallet.

Thin sliced

1.  To Prepare Mushrooms & Onions: over high heat, melt butter and olive oil together in a sauté pan, when butter is melted, add mushrooms and onions and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, season with salt & pepper. Set aside

 

2.  To Prepare Pork: Split, pound and season pork with salt and pepper. Grill over a hot grill about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

 

3.  To Assemble Hero: Split baguette in half lengthwise and spread top and bottom with the chipotle dip. Spoon on mushrooms & onions and top with the Jarlsberg cheese. Place grilled pork on top and top with remaining mushrooms & onions. Serve with Stew’s Kettle Chips.
