Jill Leonard Tavello
Executive Vice President of Culture and Communication, Stew Leonard's
Jill has worked in the family's dairy business since 1969. She started as a cashier on opening day when she was only eight years old and had to stand on a milk case to reach the register keys. After graduating college in 1986, Jill returned to the family business to join the Human Resources Department. In addition to being the Editor of Stew's News, Jill is very proud to have helped Stew Leonard's earn a spot on FORTUNE Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work for in America" list for ten years. Jill lives in Fairfield with her husband Rocky and three children, Jake, Brittney and Rex.
