STEW LEONARD’S HOSTS 39th ANNUAL TURKEY BRIGADE
Farm-Fresh Retailer Distributes 2,500 Turkeys to Families in Need This Holiday
Stew Leonard’s continues its long-standing tradition of giving thanks to the communities it serves with its 39th Annual “Turkey Brigade,” taking place on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. Approximately 2,500 turkeys will be distributed to more than 100 churches, civic groups, elderly housing and senior nutrition programs, and schools in the Norwalk, Newington & Danbury, Connecticut and East Meadow, Farmingdale & Yonkers, New York communities to help provide Thanksgiving Day meals for families in need.
The Danbury store will donate turkeys to 28 area organizations:
