- Split shell down the back
- Remove vein
- Marinate in olive oil and garlic
- Place on grill split-side down for 3-4 minutes
- Peel shell and eat

- Use medium high heat
- Grill skin-side down for about 8 minutes
- Flip for about 2 minutes

- Marinade for 30 minutes
- Use medium high heat
- Grill about 3 minutes on each side
- Inside should be red to pink
