| Phoenix Children’s Hospital partnered
with the Stew Leonard III Water Safety Foundation this year on a water
safety curriculum that is being introduced to first graders in the Phoenix
area and is also part of the Water Watchers program at the hospital.
The program was started by Druann Letter, a first grade teacher who lost
her own son in 1998, and Tiffaney Isaacson, who is the water safety coordinator
for the hospital. |
