WITH CHEF GEORGE OF STEW LEONARD'S FOR KIDS COOKING DEMO
WHAT:
Chef George Llorens, Executive Chef of Stew Leonard's, will hold a cooking demo for children ages 5 -12 at The Children's Library of the Norwalk Public Library on Thursday, May 6 at 3:30 pm. Chef George will demonstrate preparation of various healthy foods that appeal to children, including smoothies, crudités and other fun treats.
Pre-Registration is required and begins April 24. Program is for children five through 12. Children under nine years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
WHO:
George Llorens has been the Executive Chef at Stew Leonard's Norwalk store for almost 20 years. He oversees the freshly prepared gourmet foods and the Catering department.
WHEN:
Thursday, May 6 at 3:30 pm
The celebration will take place on Saturday, May 2nd from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
The "Name Our Babies" contest winners will be announced at the celebration.
