STEW LEONARD'S CUSTOMERS HAM IT UP ON THE FOOD NETWORK'S HIT SHOW "HAM ON THE STREET"

NORWALK, Conn., September 26, 2006 -- Shoppers in Stew Leonard’s Norwalk store had the opportunity to be featured in an episode of the Food Network show “Ham on the Street” which pairs food with comedy. Show host and chef, George Duran, asked customers to test their palates and see if they could detect which tomato sauce was freshly prepared or canned. The episode “Food in a Can” airs on Wednesday, October 4 at 10:30 P.M. on the Food Network.
