ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 1) No purchase is necessary. 2) Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 3) Enter as often as you like but only one entry may qualify as a winner. One winner per household. 4) Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Stew Leonard’s will not be responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, late or illegible entries. 5) All entries become property of Stew Leonard’s. Entry constitutes permission to edit, modify, publish and otherwise use the review in any way without compensation. 6) All entries must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, July 22.
CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
1) Book reviews must be original and handed in on official entry form. An original review is the product of one's own mind and is not a copy or imitation.
2) Reviews should not reveal book plot or include any information that would disclose book’s conclusion.
3) Review must include: Entrant’s name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number, signature of parent or guardian if under 18 years of age, original review.
4) Entries must be received by July 22, 2005 by 5:00 P.M. Finalists will be notified by Tuesday, July 26.

JUDGING: 1) Reviews will be judged on originality, creativity and overall helpfulness. 2) Winning reviews will be chosen by a select panel of judges. 3) Judges will disqualify entries which to their knowledge are previously published reviews. 4) Judges will select only one winner per store and three runners-up. 5) All contest decisions are final. 6) All reviews become the property of Stew Leonard’s and will not be returned. Stew Leonard’s reserves the right to edit, adjust, modify, abridge, condense and excerpt reviews. Stew Leonard’s shall retain the copyright and all rights to the entries, including but not limited to the right to use reviews in advertising and promotions, and reprints in all media, world-wide, together with the entrants' name, city, and state of residence and photograph of entrant. 7) Stew Leonard’s is not liable for any copyright infringements of published reviews sent as entries.
SELECTION OF REVIEWS AND PRIZE STRUCTURE: 1.) One winning review will be selected from each store, along with three runners-up in each store. 2.) The three winning reviews will receive a $50.00 Stew Leonard’s gift certificate 3.) The three runners-up in each store (total nine winners) will receive a $10.00 Stew Leonard’s gift certificate. 4.) The winning reviews will be featured on Stew Leonard’s web site, in store and in publicity materials which may be picked up by the media. *Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is allowed. Stew Leonard’s reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
ELIGIBILITY: 1) Contest is open to continental U.S. residents. Entrants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signature on the entrance form. 2) Employees of Stew Leonard’s, its agencies and families are not eligible. Questions about eligibility requirements will be decided by Stew Leonard’s and all decisions will be final.
