Dear Customer:
Thank you for your interest in Stew Leonard's. Each week approximately 100,000 customers visit us from near and far. Hundreds of donations are requested each month and giving generously has always been the Stew’s way. We love to help our community and its worthy organizations.
To Request a Donation for your organization, please use the following Guidelines:
- Submit your request in writing, two months prior to your function. Community fund requests are not handled over the phone or in person.
- Our community fund meets the last weekday of each month, all requests are reviewed and all donations are given out for the following month.
- Stew Leonard's supports many community groups and schools, so we try to give "a little bit to A LOT." Our donations are in the form of Stew's products or gift certificates, therefore we do not advertise in programs nor do we sponsor groups or individuals.
- If your donation has been approved, you will be notified by mail. Always include your name, address where a letter should be sent, products or certificates requested, what type of event and where it will be held.
- The approval letter will give details of how to arrange pick up of your donation.
