| Ice Cream
and Coffee: The Ice Cream and Coffee departments make kids
and parents smile! Stew Leonard's makes their ice cream directly from the
cream our cow's produce on our dairy farm. Our coffee department roasts
our coffee beans fresh every day - right in the store. These smaller departments
both boast lots of customer contact and a bustling workday that's perfect
for an enthusiastic team member. |

 Meat:
The meat department provides an opportunity to learn how to expertly trim
meat to a customer's specifications. Our butchers work each day to keep
the freshest, most delicious meat that comes direct from our ranchers in
the Midwest stocked and ready to purchase for our customers. With our state-of-the-art
aging room, gourmet cases, grinding and packing areas, and a consistent
flow of customers, the meat department offers numerous opportunities to
try something new and exciting. |

 Fish:
Our fish department is a lively crew that is always willing to take on a
new challenge. With our own in-store fish-smoking facility for salmon, to
production opportunities and plenty of customer interaction, the fish department
is perfect for a team member with an eager personality and a flair for customer
service. |

 Produce:
Our large Produce department prides itself on the freshness and quality
of the fruits and vegetables that are brought in every day. Opportunities
in produce range from production, stocking, or even squeezing the fresh
juice that we sell at our juice bar. It's one of our busiest and most colorful
departments |

| BBQ:
Our BBQ department works on prepared foods and is a high-volume, fast-paced
area of the store. Great customer service skills are key in this department
that focuses on fresh food and friendly customer interaction. |

| Grocery:
The Grocery department overlaps with a number of different areas in the
store, including, all non-perishable items from chips and cookies to videos
and seasonal items. Career opportunities range from carts, stocking, and
more. Team members learn to build displays, work as a team, and keep the
store looking great! With so much area to cover, the Grocery team is a busy
bunch! |

| Building
Services: This department is the very backbone of the store-they
keep the store looking clean and presentable at all times, prevent injuries
by cleaning up spills and watching out for possible hazards on the floor.
Building Services also includes a lot of customer interaction, because they're
always on the floor helping out! |

| Deli:
The Deli department provides a slice of excitement to a customer's shopping
experience at Stew's! This fast-paced department focuses on customer service
and serving Stew's fresh cold cuts and deli sandwiches. From on-site gourmet
cheese makers to platter producers, the Deli department offers "meaty"
career opportunities! |

 Front
End: The Front End offers the most consistent customer contact-it's
perfect for the outgoing individual who loves to meet and greet new people!
This lively department provides a fun, friendly work environment. If you
love to interact with people and deliver great customer service -- the front
end could be for you! |

| Receiving:
This department is crucial to our business in that it is responsible for
managing and maintaining the warehouse and inventory, to keep the store
well-stocked with fresh food and groceries. . Opportunities range from dry
warehouse, recycling, freezers, and more! Due to the nature of this department,
you must be at least 18 to qualify for this position. |

| Security:
This service-orientated department controls shrinkage and keeps an eye out
for everyone in the store. Whether providing a jump-start to a stalled vehicle
in the parking lot, to helping a customer to find a lost child, our Security
team members are ready to handle anything. |

 Bakery:
The bakery is one busy place-they're always making something new and delicious
to put out for the customer! From bagels and cakes to muffins and cookies,
there's never a dull moment on the Bakery floor. This department is perfect
for someone who enjoys making quality products and dealing with customers
on a daily basis. |

 Demos:
The demo department is one of the most customer-oriented departments in
the store-in offering delicious samples, you're speaking to customers all
day long! This department is great for a fun-loving, friendly individual
who get excited about new products and is eager to share them with others.

| Garden
Shop: The Garden Shop is just the place for the individual
who loves the outdoors and likes change, because there is always something
new and exciting going on! As the seasons change, so does the garden shop's
inventory, from flowers and shrubs, to pumpkins Christmas Trees! This department
is perfect for someone who likes to work with their hands and spend time
outdoors. |

 Kitchen:
The kitchen is perfect for an individual with a passion for prepared foods.
This department prepares all our of hot foods and salad bar offerings as
well as a multitude of gourmet packaged foods that customers take home to
share with their family. You'll work with professionally trained chefs and
have the opportunity to learn how to make foods from soups to salads that
we put out fresh every day. |
