at either my option or the company's option. No person employed by, or who is an agent of Stew Leonard's
except Stew Leonard Jr. has the authority to enter into any agreement, expressed or implied, for employment
for any specific period of time.
- Applicants employed by a competitior of Stew Leonard's shall be required to resign their employment with
the competitir as a condition of employment with Stew Leonard's.
